Periodontology |
|
Periodontal disease is a serious problem all over
the world which is worth being paid much attention
to. Periodontal diseases are characterized by
destruction of the tissues serving as support for
teeth. Often the diseases proceed without any
symptoms and we do not even suspect for danger. In
the course of time the gum bleeding, neck of tooth
exposure and unpleasant smell from mouth show up. As
a result of neglected cases of periodontium there is
a risk of teeth loss.

The aim
of modern treatment of periodontium affection is not
just to suppress the active process of parodontal
destruction, but as much as possible to regenerate
completely the destroyed tissue and bony structures.
The concept of "successful" treatment of
periodontium cases, firstly periodontitis, assessed
from this viewpoint has considerably changed during
the last decade. The timely therapy will result in
complete recovery of normal organization of
periodontium with full regeneration of supportive
structures. In principle, this variant is possible
after realizing the correct periodontitis therapy,
especially in its early stages, absence of
refraction to therapeutic affect and relapse of the
active process. The regenerative ability of
periodontium tissues is more considerable than it
has been considered recently. Not only the
transitory epithelial and the connecting gum tissue,
but also the alveolar bone and the parodontal
ligament can effectively regenerate. After the
removal of granulated tissue the regeneration of the
alveolar bone can make up for deficiency reaching
70% due to activation of osteoblasts and
intensification of collagenous bone matrix
synthesis. It is also shown that there is a
possibility of parodontal ligament elements
migration providing its regeneration with formation
of normal connection of tissues and tooth. However,
though the above-described regenerative processes
are possible, they relatively rare lead to
regeneration of parodontal supportive structures
after usual therapeutic measurements. Their real
induction requires special procedure application
combined in the concept of regenerative therapy. The
timely address to a doctor may stabilize the
condition of teeth.

Veneers, metal free ceramic crowns, ceramic inserts,
metal-ceramic crowns.

Ceramic veneers are widely used for correction of
teeth position and form, for regeneration of broken
edges of teeth, color modification, restoration of
carious disorders. Veneers, by their aesthetic
indexes, do not give in to natural teeth.

Metal free crowns are differentiated by high
aesthetics as they are free of metal which prevents
the right color rendering and light rendering. They
have high transparency which provides natural tooth
color.
During caries treatment the cosmetic restoration of
the lost dental tissues is carried out by using
modern filling materials.

Zirconium dioxide being high-strength ceramic
material has found it’s high-tech usage not only in
medicine, but, for example in aerospace engineering
as well. This is infrequently found chemical
compound of oxygen and zirconium elements. It’s
chemical formula is ZrO2. Zirconium dioxide is
sometimes called ceramic steel because of high
plastic properties. Moreover the usage of Zirconium
dioxide reduces to zero negative reactions of
allergic patients. Given material doesn’t contain
metal and is not attacked by corrosion.
In addition to usage in dentistry aluminum oxide and
zirconium oxide more than 20 years are used hip
joint prosthetics. These materials are fully
biocompatible because mainly consist of minerals,
which form natural bone tissue.
Clinical trials and researches have proven that
usage of zirconium dioxide ensures safe, long-term
and stable tooth restoration. Zirconium dioxide
crowns are made by CAD/CAM technology. This means
that whole production cycle is fully computerized
and best accuracy is guaranteed.

Root Canal
Treatment
|

This is the sphere of dentistry which studies the
structure, physiology and pathology of dental and
tissue pulp surrounding the tooth root. The soft
tissue, that is pulp, is located in the canals of
teeth, the inflammation of which causes sharp pain.
The main reason of pulp inflammation is infection.
In case the treatment is not realized in time the
infection can be spread over peridental tissues
which leads to periodontitis resulting in the loss
of teeth. In order to free the tooth from infection
the root canals must be cured and filled
qualitatively.

Implantology |
|
Currently implants are widely used in dentistry. The
implant insertion has become a daily procedure. The
existing variety of implant systems enables to
decrease the risk of rejection.

The
best European implant systems with high clinic
result are used in the Clinic. |

The
shape and size of your teeth are just fine, but you
are not quite happy with their and hence with your
smile. Welcome to our laser whitening treatment.
Laser whitening is so far the most effective
treatment for the whitening of teeth of all types
and tints. A special gel containing a rare pigment
of the tropical fruit of JUA is applied to the
teeth, to increase absorption and accumulation of
laser light, thus intensifying and accelerating the
an-ionic dissociation of the gel onto the whitening
substances (the oxygen and HO2 ions). The low
molecular weight of the ions ensures their deep
penetration and a maximum whitening effect. The gel
is lighted up not with a diffused-light photo lamp,
but with a directed beam of a unique combination of
two lasers, diode and infrared, aimed at each
particular tooth, ensuring a far better whitening
effect in a much shorter time (as compared with
other technologies). One need not sit long with gel
on teeth: the treatment lasts no longer 15-35
minutes in all.

We
recommend laser whitening especially to
hyper-sensitive patients, as the most and harmless
whitening technology so far.
For the treatment we use a diode laser, “Biolase
Twilite”, as well as a special, hydrogen
peroxide-containing gel.
The gel is applied to the teeth and is activated by
laser beams starting the fission of pigments.
The impact on teeth is short-term (up to two
minutes). The whole procedure lasts 20 minutes,
approximately.
The advantages of the laser whitening technology
are:
1. Absolutely safe short-term impact on teeth
2. Increased durability of tooth enamel, due to a
specific effect of laser beams
3. A more lasting whitening effect, than that of
other technologies

The process of treatment is noted for a practical
absence of sensitivity, while its effect is more
obvious, as it is caused not only by peroxide, but
also the ability of laser to split pigments. The
laser whitening method has been successfully applied
for the last 15 years, during which period over 100
researches have been done on the subject proving the
absolute safety of the technology for tooth
structure. The researches have also proved that not
only is the treatment harmless for tooth enamel,
but, hardening the increase its durability
(micro-solidity increases by 37%, by WIKERS). |
